TCE Continuing Education System

The Telusys Continuing Education (TCE) system provides a complete environment for Web site administrators to offer online Continuing Education and Certification Quizzes and Exams cost-effectively. TCE provides secure quiz management with a completely integrated account and payment system for students, real-time credit card processing of registrations, and full reporting and statistics.

Web-based Administration Module

The TCE Administration module consists of four main components: Registration Reports, CE Quiz Administration, Accounting, and Support. The Registration Reports module provides monthly reports of TCE Quiz Sales Activity and TCE Quiz Statistics through the Web site.

The CE Quiz Administration module provides a complete set of tools for building multiple-choice CE quizzes and exams, managing links to reference Web locations or documents, and adding or removing student access to individual CE courses. The TCE system features private access and utilizes a user name and password to enter the administrative functions.

The Accounting module provides reporting of TCE Course purchases during a specified time period and lists the associated fees and TCE charges.

The Support link provides a convenient form to contact Telusys at any time with questions or comments.

Registration Reports — provides monthly reports of TCE Courses purchased and the overall student activity.

Registration Administration — provides tools for building TCE Quizzes and Exams and provides a simple one link system for students to utilize to access the system

Accounting Report — reports on all credit card sales made via TCE for a specified time period. Fees automatically include TCE fees as well as credit card processing fees and related transactional and ordering charges.
