Job Bank features a customizable home page that promotes your organization's image to visiting job seekers and
employers patronizing your site. The Job Bank's primary focus is to bring together the job seeker and the employer,
creating an online community that benefits both parties.
The Job Bank is simple to maintain from the client-side administration module for managing the bulletin board and
chat rooms. Special feature items such as job seeker success stories, news events and career resource items of interest
can be input by your staff through the administration feature at any time.
Simple job seeker and employer PIN registration remembers the job seeker or the employer upon reentry. Job seekers
may visit as often as they wish. The employer registers, chooses a job advertising level and, once approved by the administrator,
can begin posting jobs. All jobs will remain online until the employer removes them from the job bank, freeing the administrator
from time consuming maintenance tasks.
A job seeker can choose to have all jobs in a chosen category or choose to have only jobs fitting a
defined profile delivered via the PIN e-mail box. The job seeker may choose to post a resume publicly for all employers
to view enhancing their changes of finding a job. Multiple delivery options for both the employer and job seeker are available.
