TELUSYS CUSTOMER EDUCATION SYSTEM  [TCETM] FEE SCHEDULE Telusys Continuing Educations Fees and Credit Card Transaction Rates: Telusys charges an initial setup fee of $650.00 for using the Telusys Continuing Education System to provide CE options for members through Telusys. Telusys fees are based on a percentage of the dollar amount of individual item sales. In addition to these fees, standard credit card processing discount rates and fees apply for all credit card transactions. Telusys Fees The Telusys fee for TCE transactions will be $1.50 or the percentage of the total transaction amount indicated below, whichever of the two amounts is greatest. Percentage Per Transaction $0 to $100: 4.00% Percentage Per Transaction $101 to $500: 3.00% Percentage Per Transaction over $500: 2.00% Credit Card Processor Discount Rates* Visa/MasterCard 2.42% AMEX 3.50% Discover 2.39% Credit Card Processor Fees* Transaction Charge $0.25 AVS* Transaction Charge $0.05 *Credit Card Processor Discount Rates fluctuate and may change over time due to changes in interest rates and other banking factors.
