Telusys Expands Into New Facilities and Adds Staff

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS - June 11, 2001 - Telusys, Inc. announced today that it is expanding its facilities and adding new staff.

In June, the company will increase its space by 40% to accommodate additional staff and target new services. The company has increased staff by 70% since last year. "We needed to expand the working environment for both our Creative and Media Development Divisions," says Vice President Cherre Neitzka. "Although our proprietary software allows us to develop and launch products in roughly half the time of our competition, our client growth is demanding immediate expansion-especially in the area of streaming media and webcasting."

The privately held company is adding clients at an unprecedented rate, including national associations, Fortune 500 companies and smaller, local firms. Telusys now has customers in 33 states and in several foreign countries. "Our goal is to double our client base in the association market within the next 12 months," comments Neitzka. "We are increasing our resources to target three primary association markets: Washington, D.C., Chicago, and New York."

Because of this dynamic growth, Telusys technical support plans include the addition of redundant optical Internet backbone connectivity with redundant power and generator backup. "We are also expanding the in-house web hosting capacity by adding rack space and increasing our network capacity," says President Harry Anastopoulos. These major network expansion and equipment purchases will allow Telusys to effectively and seamlessly manage their growth in the ASP, web hosting, messaging, and streaming media markets. Additionally, Telusys' dial-up and DSL Internet access services will be ramped up.

"Our steady and managed success will allow continued development of Telusys' unique association management software solution," adds Anastopoulos. "This expansion of staff and space will result in an aggressive increase of in-house software development, applications hosting, and subscription-based software services," he concludes.
